Activities that work well for diabetes
                
                
                    Walking is excellent but not the only option. Dancing to your favorite music counts as great exercise. Gardening and yard work keep you moving.                     Household chores like sweeping, mopping, and cleaning are real exercise. They burn calories and lower blood sugar just like formal workouts. The best activity is one you actually enjoy and will do regularly. Find what feels good to you and make it part of your daily routine.
